I'm immensely grateful that I came across Patriot Heating and Cooling and am thrilled to make a super star review. We had an old boiler that was getting less dependable while the gas bill was through the roof. I asked Patriot to come out to do an estimate for repair, replacement or a new mini-split system. Everyone at PHC was highly professional, and extremely nice and supportive. They provided all the info needed to make a good decision and no pressure. Plus, they worked with me to build the most economical and appropriate concept. I had a relatively complex mini-split installed in December and I love it. The installation was quick, components installed neatly, and every bit of debris cleaned up after. Communication was stellar all the way through - with the amazing Brianna and Amber in the office and Mike and associates on-site. They even followed up after to make sure all was going well.
